Infrastructure

At A-Tex Home Collection all production processes are coordinated through well trained and experienced professionals. Starting from yarn procurement to shipping, every stage is monitored for uncompromising quality of the product. A-Tex Home Collection has its own weaving and stitching units spread across an area of 10,000 sq. meters. All units are synchronized using the latest ERP software.

Our weaving unit has a production capacity of 1 million meters per year. Stitching unit has 50 powered stitching machines along with other automated accessory units and our Finishing unit has 6 Nos. Steam Ironing Tables. Apart from this, we have a wide range of outsourcing units for all the production processes, which are directly under our control. All production norms are strictly followed in these units, monitored by our QA personnel.

Our Strengths

Grey Fabric – Our own weaving unit has the following Looms:

Sizing Machine: Karl Mayer
Sulzer – P7100 – 24 Looms: can produce 3000 metres/per day of 120” Grey fabric
We are also planning to expand our factory with 24 TSudakoma Air Jet Looms which can increase our production capacity to 8000 metres/day. Apart from this we are also outsourcing 13000 metres/day through contract arrangement.

Green Activities

A-Tex Home Collection, being more sensitive in maintaining the environment greener, actively participated and contributed generously in the "PROJECT GREEN HANDS" – a project where more than 10000 tree saplings were planted and maintained in and around Karur City. A-Tex Home Collection is also maintaining an "Organic Agriculture Farm" of its own where only natural and organic manures are used.
